Often a combination of interventions leads to visible success. This patient suffered a complete flaccid facial paralysis. He received a nerve transfer V-to-VII, a nerve transplantation including connective tissue from the thigh and a face lift in one operation. In a second operation, endoscopic brow elevation, lower eyelid reconstruction and adjustment of the nasolabial fold were performed. The patient could clearly benefit in function, form, symmetry and appearance.
